We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full on a proforma basis before items are printed, produced, or dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production and dispatch will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.
Printed & Bespoke Products
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products:
Printed, customised, or bespoke goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design details, spellings, and specifications are correct before approving production.
SM DESIGN STUDIOS LIMITED cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the customer prior to printing.
Returns & Refund Policy
Many of our items are also available for event hire, meaning returns must be handled quickly to ensure items remain in suitable condition.

Customers must notify us of any return within 24 hours of delivery.

Unwanted Items
